Fraud & Security
If you suspect fraud on your account:
- Block card immediately: Via app or 1800 204 204

- Don't click suspicious links — AIB never asks for full PIN via text/email

AIB will never call/text asking for your full card number, PIN, or one-time passcodes. If someone claims to be from AIB and asks for these, hang up and call AIB directly.
